Order through Ballet Papier Online Shop
Ordering on Ballet Papier web site couldn't be easier. Simply add the items you require to your on-line shopping basket and when you've got everything you need continue to the checkout for payment processing.

At the checkout you can either opt to pay on-line by PayPal account or with credit or debit card .

 

Secure Online Payments

Payment on line with Ballet Papier is safe and secure, our checkout process is secured by SSL technology. And we use PayPal, the world’s most widely used payment acquirer.

On completion of your order you will be given a confirmation order number. Please make a note of this order number should you need to contact us regarding your order.

Once you make payment, you will receive an email from PayPal with confirmation of your payment. Please note: Should you not receive this email, please do contact us, as this may mean that your payment has not transacted and may delay your order.

 

Postage & Delivery
All orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

As a general guide, you should expect to receive your goods within 2-7 working days for Spain deliveries and within 7 -15 days to the rest of the EU countries.  If you’re ordering outside the UE, delivery could vary but should enter in a delivery period of 10-30 days depending on the country.

Goods are shipped by different Contract Carrier well known companies (Correos de España (Spanish Post), UPS, FedEx, TNT, GLS, ASM) as appropriate.  If there is no one at the address given to accept delivery of the goods, the carrier will place a card through your letterbox to inform you that they were unable to deliver your order.  The carrier will endeavor to deliver your order on the next working day.

You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch. You can do this by contacting us and we will cancel the order and refund any payments made. Although you may contact us by your preferred contact method, we recommend that you call us wherever possible, as we do not accept responsibility for delayed or non-receipt of emails or postal cancellation requests.

Returns & Exchanges

This is applied only to items purchased though www.balletpapier.com and not applied for products purchased in any other physical or on-line shop of our list of retailers.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Ballet Papier. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges 10 days after receiving the products if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be unworn and in their original saleable condition

  • All Items must be in their original packaging with all their tags & labels attached.

  • Return postage is non-refundable in any circumstances unless items are faulty or incorrectly supplied. 

  • We do not cover the reshipping costs of the product if customer changes their mind with the order after shipping it. Please take it in account and read carefully the product’s description, size chart, and general information before placing order.

  • If a product is defective, we will replace it or offer you a different item of equal value after evaluating the case. You should send us a picture of the defective item within the stipulated period though sales@balletpapier.com.  We would take few days to evaluate your case and give you an answer.

  • We do not cover the fees for reshipping costs if the customer mistakes their address in the order form and we have to ship again the product returned to us. Shipping fees will be charged to customer.
