    Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the production process begins and changes can no longer be made.
  • How long does it take to produce my order?
    All Ballet Papier products are made to order. Production usually takes between 3 to 7 business days before your order is shipped.
  • Are there any countries or regions you do not ship to?
    Yes, due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, we do not ship to the following destinations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine Russia Belarus The Gaza Strip region in Palestine Ecuador Cuba Iran Syria North Korea​ Please note that this list may change depending on world events and shipping carrier updates.

    We offer standard shipping only. Please note that we do not currently provide express shipping options.

    Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping fees vary based on your country.

    No. Since every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

    In those cases, Ballet Papier covers the shipping costs for sending a replacement.
