General Terms & Conditions of Sales

Pricing Policy 

All prices quoted are inclusive of Spanish 21% VAT (IVA 21%).

In the event of price changes with our manufacturers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly.  Unless specified to the contrary prices are listed by the Seller without obligation and are subject to alteration.  The Seller may give notice to the Buyer prior to delivery, of any increase in price provided that the Buyer may cancel this contract within 3 days of any such notice by the Seller.  

Please note: some items may be subject to domestic import and duty taxes depending on your country laws. Please check with your local authorities before placing your order to avoid any extra charges. Ballet Papier cannot be held responsible for these charges. 

All payments are transacted in €EURO. Product prices listed on our website are also our minimum RRP for other online shops who sell our products.

Payments

Payment is made with PayPal with a PayPal account or with you Credit/Debit Card.  All payments are due before dispatch, with on-line payments transacted on order placement. 

Availability & Delivery

All orders are usually processed within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of payment. Items are made by order and production take between 

2 to 7 business days. After production, items are sent to the customer directly from our producer's factories and warehouses from different parts of the globe (USA, Mexico, Europe, Australia and Japan).

 

The shipping time will depend on your territory and it's possible that your order arrives in one or more parcels.

As a general guide, you should expect to receive your goods once you get your tracking number by email within 3-4 working days for USA deliveries, within 2 -10 business days to Canada, within 2 -7 working days to the EU countries, 7-12 working days to the rest of Europe, 2-14 days to AUstralia and 8-14 days to the rest of the world.  

Keep in mind that, although we regularly review and update stock levels on our website, mismatches may still occur.  Thus, should your order be urgent, we recommend that you contact us to confirm availability. In case that when processing your order we got any mistake in stock levels, we will immediately put in contact and give you the options for compensate it.

We cannot accept liability for late receipt of goods due to delays shipping companies, with all expected delivery dates given as a guide only.  We reserve the right to cancel any back orders or to substitute products of a similar type.  

Goods are shipped by different Contract Carrier well known companies (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, GLS, ASM, Latvian Posy) as appropriate. 

Please keep tracking your order. You should receive an email confirmation with your tracking code once we have shipped your goods. If you didn't got it, please check your spam. If you don't find it contact us.


If there is no one at the address given to accept delivery of the goods the carrier will endeavor to deliver your order on the next working day (only in case of having selected Urgent shipping option).  If the second attempt doesn't work, the carrier will place a card through your letterbox to inform you that they were unable to deliver your order and will give you an address to pick it up.

 

The person listed as the destinatary would have to got to pick it up with an ID. If the destinatary can't go to pick it up, has to give a written and signed consentment to other person and a copy of the IDto present in the indicated office or place to pick up the goods.

 

You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you. 

Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order at any time before we start the production of your order. You can do this by contacting us and we will cancel the order and refund any payments made (have in account that banks/PayPal charges a percentage for refunding, so you wont receive the complete amount you've paid, it doesn't depend on us). Although you may contact us by your preferred contact method, we recommend that you call us wherever possible, as we do not accept responsibility for delayed or non-receipt of emails or postal cancellation requests.

Returns & Exchanges

This is applied only to items purchased though www.balletpapier.com and not applied for products purchased in any other physical or on-line shop of our list of retailers.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Ballet Papier. That's why we will accept replacements or refunds 5 days after receiving the products if the following conditions are met:

  • Defective product: we will replace it, make a refund or offer you a different item of equal value after evaluating the case. You must send us an email to sales@balletpapier.com indicating your order number and attaching a clear picture of the defective item within the stipulated period though sales@balletpapier.com.  We would take few days to evaluate your case and give you an answer.

  • Product that doesn't met the description of the website or that isn't the one you ordered: we will replace it or make a refund after evaluating the case. You must send us an email to sales@balletpapier.com indicating your order number and attaching a clear picture of the items you received within the stipulated period though sales@balletpapier.com.  We would take few days to evaluate your case and give you an answer.

  • All items must be unworn and in their original saleable condition

  • All Items must be in their original packaging with all their tags & labels attached

  • We do not cover the fees for re-shipping costs if the customer mistakes their address in the order form or the package has been unclaimed. Re-shipping fees will be charged to customer.

  • We don't accept changes nor returns of products when the order has been correctly supplied by us.
